Cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The sections below describe situations that may or may not apply to this store. Delete those covering products or services you do not sell.
Digital content downloaded with the customer's express consent
When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licenses, etc.) and expressly request immediate delivery, acknowledging that doing so means you lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your express consent is obtained at checkout.
Services started during the withdrawal period at the customer's request
If you ask us to begin providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you may still withdraw, but you must pay us a prorated amount for the work already performed (Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your express request will be obtained at checkout.
Customized, perishable, vacuum-packed, or hermetically sealed items
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, products that may deteriorate or expire quickly (perishable products), sealed items unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, and sealed audio recordings, video recordings, or software unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e), and (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Temporary accommodation, rentals, catering, or leisure services
Services tied to a specific date or period of performance, such as accommodations other than permanent housing (hotels, vacation rentals), vehicle rentals, transportation of goods, catering services, and leisure services such as event tickets, are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 16(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Use this form to exercise the right of withdrawal provided under EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request, and you will receive an email confirmation; this alone does not mean that your withdrawal has been accepted.
Your right of withdrawal is subject to legal deadlines and conditions: a 14-day period (from delivery for products, and from the start of the download for digital content) and the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We check these before confirming it, so simply submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
